1. Select Tools | Internet Options.
2. Under Browsing History, click Delete

1. Keep until: they expire: Each cookie will be removed when it reaches its expiration date, which is set by the site that sent the cookie.
2. Keep until: I close Firefox: The cookies that are stored on your computer will be removed when Firefox is closed.
3. Keep until: ask me every time: Displays an alert every time a website tries to send a cookie, and asks you whether or not you want to store it.
6. Click the OK button to close the Options window.

1. In the top right corner, select the button (Customize and Control Google Chrome) which has three lines (one on top of the other), then Select Settings. - The Settings page displays.
2. Select Advanced Settings at the bottom of the page.
3. Under Privacy, select Content settings. - The Content Settings window displays.
4. Under Cookies, select Allow local data to be set.
5. Click Done.
6. Close and restart your browser
